I started taking pictures to test my phone camera. A device you carry with you all the time, which helps you capture random moments of your life instantly. Although I was not amazed by the quality of the images, I soon realised the magic and significance of the content of each picture. An expensive camera does not make good photography. Every single photo is a story of thoughts, feelings and aesthetics that can surpass the means deemed necessary for a meaningful picture.
In January 2015, I was invited to exhibit “Random Summer Moments” at the European contemporary young photography festival “Circulation(s)“, in Paris, France.
